INTERESTING: ANCIENT ARTIFACT DISCOVERED IN BELIZE COULD CHANGE MAYAN HISTORY!

The ancient Mayan civilization is a fascinating and every once in a while archaeologists discover artifacts that reshape Mayan history with new information regarding their culture. 
 
One of these interesting artifacts is the 'Jade Pedant' which was found in the Nim Li Punit excavation site, Southern Belize. The temple located in the excavation site was built around the year 400, and several objects of antiquity were unearthed there such as pottery, a large stone resembling a deity and the enigmatic jade amulet. 
 
The amulet is shaped like a "T" and is written in ancient mayan language. The artifact is still being deciphered, but it holds vital information that could change our view on the Mayan history.
 
 According to researchers, the pedant was supposely a powerful object holding magical power granted by a "Wind God".
