GERMAN U-BOAT 'ATTACKED BY SEA MONSTER' FOUND ON SEABED OFF SCOTLAND (video)

A German submarine said to have been attacked by a sea monster has been found off the coast of Scotland.

Discovered near Wigtownshire in the south-west of the country, the wreck of the German WWI submarine was identified by workers who were laying a new power cable under the North Sea.

A HORNED, FANGED MONSTER ATTACKED THE SHIP

Captain Günther Krech told his British captors in 1918 that his vessel was on the surface because a horned, fanged monster had jumped onto the ship and caused it to list, before biting off a section of the forward gun..

The damage forced the entire crew to surrender to the British patrol: the men were taken off and the submarine scuttled.

It’s great to see how Nessie’s saltwater cousin clearly got involved in helping with the war effort – she even managed to do the damage without anyone being killed.

The Western Link project will see a marine cable measuring nearly 240 miles - the longest of its kind in the world - running from Ardneil Bay in Scotland to the Wirral peninsula in north-west England.
